On MILLION-EFFECTS.com you can shopping either as a GUEST or a REGISTERED customer.

 

Registering is very easy. We will only ask you for the information we need to speed up the purchase process.

 

You will find format examples in the registration form to help you when you enter details such as your telephone number.
 Your order information will always be available to you through the link your account if you are a registered client or through the link we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.

Each new costumer has to fill out a registration form.

 

Through this process, you will choose your username and password, hopefully with creative cautiousness as you should avoid being mistaken for another user.

 

All the data have to be correct and without any errors.

USERNAME IS ALREADY IN USE

Alert shown when username is already in use.

 

Pick another, more unique or fill in the data recovery form if you believe that you have used this username in the past.

 

Account access data will be send to an e-mail given at registration. If you haven’t received a confirmation, your chosen username is already in use and you will to choose another one.

FORGOTTTEN USERNAME OR PASSWORD

Forgotten data can be acquired via forgotten recovery page.

 

If you need the username or e-mail that you have chosen at the registration, click and the required data will be sent to your personal e-mail.

HOW I RESET MY PASSWORD

To change your password, you can either use the forgotten password link or sign into My Account and go to Account Information.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL

Still haven’t received the required forgotten data?

If you have not received the re-set password email, please check your spam/junk folder as these can sometimes be missorted in the incorrect inbox.

 

If you have not received your password within 1 hour, please contact Customer Service for help setting up a new one.

If you’re having difficulty signing into your account, you may have entered your email address and/or password incorrectly.

 

If you have checked this and you still can’t log in, please use the forgotten password link to regain access to your account.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails and texts?

 

If you no longer wish to subscribe to MILLION EFFECTS emails or texts.

 

You can unsubscribe simply by:

•  Clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our emails

OR

•  Logging into your MILLION EFFECTS account and clicking Contact preferences from the list. This will open up your preferences. You’ll then need to untick the communication boxes and click Confirm preferences.

 

Please note, once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

 

If you change your mind later and want to subscribe again, simply follow the above steps.
